Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials/workmanship for the stated period (varies by component: frame, battery, charger, controller, display, etc.).
Warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
Normal wear & tear (tyres, tubes, brake pads, chains, bearings, plastics).
Damage from accidents, misuse, racing, stunts, water ingress from pressure-washing, improper storage/charging, non-approved modifications or parts.
Labour for third-party diagnostics or fitting unless pre-approved.
Email contact@surrelectricbikes.com with order number, serial numbers, issue description, and clear photos/videos.
We may request the product/part be returned for inspection.
Approved claims: repair or replacement of the defective part; if not feasible, a suitable alternative or partial refund per age/usage may be offered.
Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected item as outlined. Consequential or incidental losses are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
